Many times here, solutions to problems are linked to documents published in www.yuque.com.
Sometimes I can read the english version of it.
But other times the document comes up in Chinese … and I can’t find a way (a button or similar stuff) to change it to its english version.
Ps. : some documents in chinese are linked by people here that are not chinese, so I do not think it is because the document is written only in chinese

When you get a Chinese only version, copy the URL after the page loads and translate it here:

I think that the Google website translator does not translate text in chinese in a jpg image. Am I wrong?

No, Google Translate doesn’t do images. You can use a service like Yandex for that:
https://translate.yandex.com/ocr?
(You will have to download each image or copy its URL).
