Xtool D1 Wifi Issues

I just received my Xtool D1 10w, and I cannot get it to connect through wifi. It works perfectly through the usb wired connection. I’m using a Dell Inspiron 5400 All In One Touchscreen desktop, running Windows 11. All firmware for the D1 is current. Thank you in advance

So here it is on 8/27/2022, and WiFi on my new xTool D1 Pro does not request an IP address from my router. Anyone know what’s wrong? Anyone from xTool listening?
