First of all, thanks for your support to us and sorry for late update. Attached is the latest update for all the backers. Please kindly download the file and folloe up.
1.Most of the package (around 90 percent) were delivered and the tracking# was provided as well. For the tracking# startered with E+, we provided the website to track the package on the remark column. The update may not be timely, please kindly wait.
2.For some backers, there is some information missing or incorrect, we are waiting for the feedback from forwarder so that we can share the details with you and get update information. This will be done within the first week once we come back to office on 15th, Feb. after Chinese New Year.
3. Some customers don’t reply the survey till today, please kindly reply the survey ASAP.
4. Some customers replied to the survey already and we will arrange shipment within the first week once we come back to office on 15th, Feb. after Chinese New Year.
If you have any issues and need any support as to your package, you can contact us on Kickstarter via private message or comments. While, since it’s Chinese New Year Holiday from 4th to 14th, Feb., please expect late reply.
