Synchronization fails on mBlock for iPad

Hi my Synchronization fails all the time on my iPad what do I do

Assuming you are referring to Project Sync (downloading the project from the cloud to your device or uploading it to your account), here is what you can do:

  • Make sure you are signed in. Try logging out and logging in again to refresh the session.
  • Make sure you have a good internet connection.
  • Make sure the makeblock app has the permissions it needs.

What specific error message do you get? Just “Synchronization failed” or similar?

@Jpd You didn’t reply to @Best_codes listing your issue, so I am going to assume that your issue is a problem with the robot. You may have to do these following steps:

-Update the firmware of your robot
-Replace or recharge the batteries (Assuming you have an mBot Ranger)
-Upload code from the Online IDE or the PC/Mac version of mBlock, which you can install here..

You didn’t tell us your robot in the forum post, so there is not much we can do for you at this time.
