We would like to build our robot, into one that can peek around corners, see our dog and make a sound while running away. We just ordered the swivel pieces for the face. We need to have a speaker module that might be able to store or produce a few sounds - like an alert or cat screech.


The best way to accomplish this currently is to attach a small portable Bluetooth speaker to your robot. Then you can trigger the sounds in mBlock and play them through the computer, outputting the sound. to the Bluetooth speaker.

You could also include a board like the Sparkfun MP3 trigger -

This would allow you to eliminate the tethered computer. You would still need to add a small battery powered speaker to amplify the sound.
