Omniwheel are interessant Wheels for vehicles like robot.

We tested some omniwheels which can be bought from the market, such as the red one you showed, but we found these wheels are not good enough. the friction force is not enough, we will try to design and manufacture a new omniwheel. thanks for your ideas, if you know some good design of omniwheel, we will be appreciate if you can show it to us.

There is a new website now that sells good omniwheels from GTF robots. These are wheels that are used in the EU and WC robocup competitions. www.robotwheels.eu. They have a good friction as well as manouverability.
