No extensions found and project can't load

Hello, I have been using mBlock 5.4.3 desktop with an Arduino Uno, but yesterday after testing my own extensions (which worked, I have been doing this for some time now), the extension center doesn’t show any extension from any device and when I drag the .mext files it says the extension was updated but it doesnt appear anywhere.

Also, when trying to open previous projects in my account, it just says “Failed to open the file”.

I have tried reinstalling it, logging out and logging back in but nothing works.
The IDE website works fine, but I can’t use my extensions there.

@ButterDog The extension builder is undergoing changes, so there are a lot of bugs right now.
In https://ext.mblock.cc, open your extensions panel and (if there are extensions there) try downloading the .mext file. Then, try to drag and drop it into the online IDE or mBlock PC on the same (or a different device).

Thank you, I tried it on a different computer and it works fine, but I still don’t know why the extension center (the one inside mBlock desktop, where you add all the extensions) doesn’t work, it’s just… empty, should I try to contact support?

Try restarting mBlock on that computer, and kill any processes left running by it in the task manager.
