Just purchased the latest XTool D1 pro 20w laser kit with the RA2 pro roller kit (not cheap)
After carefully assembling as per instructions when I switch the laser on the red LED cross is not sharp, imhtried to cut card, engrave and score and the laser does not fire, all you see is a very fine blue led.
Totally annoyed and really peed off after spending money on what I thought was a superior machine.
I have been an atomstack user previously and never had any issues and only decided to upgrade due to better power output and the RA2 pro kit.
I have sent emails to xtools and issue has not been addresed, stuck with a machine that is only fit to be used as a paper weight
