Trying to cut some pumpkin earrings have cut and too big reset size and now they will not cut starts and then stops and says done new to this anyhelp know I am doing something wrong

When I changed the size of file and tried to score or cut it it starts and makes several moves like it’s going to score it then stops and says done I think it a setting in program it’s a xtool file of pumpkin earrings cut and scored before I made them smaller
