Bluetooth problems with makeblock app on smartphone android 6.0

Hi,i need help.
I bought a mbot ranger.
I downloaded it on my smartphone, Cubot X16 version android 6.0, the makeblock application.
I turn bluetooth on my smartphone and I see this

I open the makeblock application and i see this all the time.

I tried with a Cubot H1version android 5.1 and work without any problems.

Can you suggest some solutions?
no buy a new smartphone :joy:

Hi alessio_renza,

Do you use the Makeblock APP 3.0.6?
You may try connect this way:

  1. Close Bluetooth function on mobile phone.
  2. Open the Makeblock APP, it will turn on the mobile Bluetooth function automatically.
  3. Move mobile phone close to the Ranger robot, if it still can’t connect, please clink on the search menu, look for the Makeblock Bluetooth and connect it have a try.

  4. If still the same issue, enable the GPS function, then open the makeblock app and try connect again.
