There is the best place to complain/comment about XTOOL’s 48 hour at best turn around time on emails. This is extremely frustrating for USA clients
In January of 2021 XTOOL closed their USA headquarters so they do not seem to have any way to contact them either by phone or during normal US business hours in the USA.
And yet, with all this being said, XTOOL prides themselves on their customer support.
I’m sorry but the slow turn around times on communications is not good customer support.
