WIFI Update

Hi,

I have just updated my WIFI block by the Neuron application of my IPAD and I am no longer able to connect with my IPAD. I am not able to connect to my PC with 192.168.100.1.

  • I reset the WIFI block with the little button on the block
  • I made forget the WIFI network and I entered again the password: makeblock

Conclusion: It does not work anymore, only my block Bluethoot works.

Need a solution because I have a great treasure hunt tomorrow with my Neuron (Otherwise, bluetooth).
After 20 seconds, I have the message: Can not background configured WIFI Block

Hi Crackel,

On the iPad wifi settings page, do you mean you can see the default wifi SSID from the wifi module?
What happens after you select it and input the password makeblock? It doesn’t connect or it can be connected but the neuron APP can’t detect it?
If it is possible, could you help take a video to show your operations for connecting the wifi and the detailed phenomenon?

Besides, do you have other mobile devices you can give a try?

Hi,

I see the SSID and I managed to put the code to connect to the Block WIFI.
The problem is in the application. I can try other apparailles this week as my IPHONE.

However, I am no longer able to go into the WIFI Block with 192.168.100.1.

I’ll get back to you with other tests.

Hi Crackel,

We have consulted our hardware engineers about this issue, they suspect the wifi module should be faulty. You can double check it on iPhone, if still the same issue, it should be faulty.

In this case, please kindly let us know when did you receive this wifi module? Could you please send the receipt of it to email address daisy@makeblock.com?

Noooooonnnnn, not my block WIFI.

I tested with Samsung Galaxy S5 (android 6.01)
II will test with my PC on the same network mask

The 2 blocks Wireless works. Thank you Makeblock remains the block WIFI;)
