Ways to add more ports and motors to mCore

Hello everybody,

we have just started with mBot a few weeks ago and we really like it.
Now we are thinking about enhancing the mBot with more sensors and more motors and that raises a couple of questions:

  1. Is it possible to add more ports to mCore and how can I do that. Soldering is not a problem.
  2. In order to control 3rd party motors (Fischer Technik) I’m looking for a simple switch for 12 V-DC Motors that can be plugged into and controlled by mCore. Is that available?
  3. Is there another way to add two additional motors to mCore and how can this be done.
  4. If none of the above is possible, can I replace mCore with Orion? And still use the bluetooth control component and all the other modules?
