Want to get back to factory settings on everything

Have managed to mess something up so that Serial port is now on COM4 instead of COM3 (as it was from the start) and now nothing works. I am not 100% sure that this is the root cause. Robot was a paperweight. After “Resetting Default Program” under connections, the robot now runs forward non stop and cannot be controlled. How do I get back to factory settings?
