I have a mBot giving the Unrecognizable Firmware notification after connecting. I have updated the Firmware and reset (factory settings) the mBot several times with no change in outcome. I’m looking for a little advice here. Thanks for your help in advance.

Yes, this is the mBot that I have (I actually have 4 of them). It worked without issue until Yesterday, which is when I tried the interventions listed above.

Could you please reset default program for mBot again refer to the detailed steps in this instruction with latest mBlock software 3.4.11.2.How to reset default program manually.docx.zip (677.9 KB).
Besides, please update your Makeblock APP to latest version 3.0.8.
Once still the same issue, please temporarily remove all the other electronic modules except Bluetooth module from the mCore board, then connect Bluetooth have a try.
Btw, what’s kind of battery do you use? Low power may lead to this issue sometimes.
