Unploading the penguin bot program for the penguin bot 2.0

Hi,
I tried uploading the Arduino penguin bot program for my penguin bot 2.0 but it says there’s an error message which states:
PenguinBot:2:10: fatal error: Oscillator.h: No such file or directory
#include “Oscillator.h”
^~~~~~~~~~~~~~
compilation terminated.
exit status 1
Oscillator.h: No such file or directory

Could someone please help me out here?
