My son and I bought and built an ultimate robot kit from Radio Shack. It says on the box it is a comprehensive robot kit for beginners But after an hour of searching the box and the web I have not been able to find any instructions on how my son is suppose to program the robotic art tank.

Have you managed to answer this question? I am now in the same boat - me and grandson, Ultimate 2 for
christmas and there we got stuck. Also cannot use the App as we only have Android 4.2 (needs at least 4.3).

There is also a book “A Gentle Introduction to Robotics with mBlock and the mBot” by Charles McKnight.”
Over time, you can develop a lookup table to translate mbot commands to ultimate commands. This flexibility is one of the reasons I purchased makeblock.
