Ultimate arm jerky

Hi all anyone had any problems regarding the arm going up in a jerky way? what could the problem be?

Which Ultimate robot do you use? Ultimate Blue or Ultimate 2.0? Is there a video to show its behaves on arm when it going up?

Besides, do you control the ARM with default panel on Makeblock APP or you program it yourself?
Anyway, you may change the battery for the robot have a try to make sure it get enough power from battery while running.
