It may be a bad connection with USB as I have tried in on 2 different computers. It is a very detailed picture but it wont load up to the machine. Wont even give me a time. Please help?

Hi Moomad,
What is the operating system of your computer? Will it connect if you connect the computer to laserbox with Ethernet cable?
Anyway,here is a link with some troubleshooting for USB connection failed issue to you for reference first.
Note: the latest firmware version is start with 023 and latest software version is v1.1.3 now.
Btw, where did you purchase the machine?
