Should I get Ranger or Mbot 1.1 for 8 year old

I can’t find any user experiences so what would you recommend? Should I get the Mbot or the Ranger for starting out for an eight year old?

I think mBot or Ranger robot is suitable for starting out for eight year old children since these robots have special graphical program materials.
