Robotic Arm Add-on Pack for Starter Robot Kit - Blue Belt too large

I bought my children the Robotic Arm Add-on Pack for Starter Robot Kit - Blue and it wants to work as the motor turns ok but the belt is too large and slips on the teeth. The belt size is 98MXL. We cannot make it any tighter by adjusting it mechanically by changing the bolt holes as there are not close adjustments, it only works one way and that is the same as the instructions. It looks like it needs a smaller belt like a 95MXL.

How to solve this?

Hi Chomot,

did you try putting the bolts between the bolt holes as shown on the photo of my robot arm?

This gives you more possibilities for mechanical adjustment.
