Problem with connecting to my Makeblock robot arm

Hello!
I have a Makeblock robotic arm and can not connect it to my Samsung Galaxy A3 2017 respectively to control it. Can someone help me with this problem?

Not sure whichi robotic Arm you have?
Is the Ultimate robot 2.0? Could you take a picture for your robot?
If it is Ultimate 2.0 robot, you can connect the Makeblock APP to the robot Bluetooth refer to this instruction.How to connect Ultimate 2.0 Bluetooth to Makeblock APP.docx.zip (486.0 KB)
If your mobile device can’t see the robot’s Bluetooth, please make sure you have plugged the Bluetooth module on the MegaPi board.
