New laser WITH Qx14 1 ERROR

Hello everyone

I got my laser in Jan but did not open till 4/11/‘22…. Did about less than 10 small projects and it started to engrave crooked and cut way off… then ERROR Qx14 1 came up… it takes you to a link that tells you what to do but I am completely lost on what to do… has anyone else had this problem?
