The kids put together their mScara and it does nothing but make spheres moving from one side to the other all the way off the Table. It appears that the motors continuously run when we hit play on the Draw Bot Program. Can someone help us Trouble Shoot this?
Mscara makes only SPHERES

I am not sure if it is related to the direction of rotation for the motors.
Please ensure the motors and the ports were correctly plugged, then use mDraw to set the arm length and rotating direction, and click firmware update.
Just see if problem persist.
