Motors on mScara do not move

#1

I have assembled mScara. The leds indicating power to the motors are on. The leds indicating connection with the USB are on. When I connect the com port, the blue leds flash. When I manually turn the motor spindle, the belt drives the arm. When I attempt to use the mDraw program to move the motors, nothing happens.

Ideas?

Did you upload some SVG file to mDraw? Here is the whole document of mDrawbot, download it here: http://forum.makeblock.cc/t/download-mdrawbot-related-document-full-package-here-manual-software-more/1693

Turns out is was the usb driver on my macbook. New problem:

When using the mDraw with mScara, I have the motors set to counter-clockwise. The arm moves the correct direction, but does not stop unless it runs into itself or I hit the “Disconnect” button.

When I have the motors set to clockwise, the arm moves as a mirror-image of the movement on the screen, but will stop at the appropriate time.

Thoughts?
