Mbot not connecting to Bluetooth

I have tried to connect our mBot to Bluetooth (internal) to two different Windows 10 laptops, but after pairing (stop blinking light) it disconnects after few seconds and blue light starts blinking again. After this Windows not the Makeblock application (v3.4.11) can find the mBot. Only when I delete the mBot from Windows Bluetooth I can shortly connect agian. mBot will connect with Bluetooth to iPhone and iPad without problems, and I can run the mBot without problems on USB cable.

How can I get the mBot connected to a Windows laptop?

Hi rboumans,
Bluetooth module is not designed for connecting mBlock software through PC built-in Bluetooth though the PC may recognize the robot Bluetooth signal.
You are suggested to use USB cable so as to update firmware, restore default program, and upload a program or do online debugging;
To get rid of cables and ensure the connectivity, you are suggested to use Makeblock Bluetooth dongle;
Or you may try the mBlock 5.0.1 and refer to this post.
