mBot does not run when unplugged

I am having an issue with one of my mBots where the robot will run the code so long as it is plugged into the computer. Once it is unplugged though it stops completely. I have tested other mBots at the same computer and they function correctly. I have also tested the robot in question at a different computer and it still will not run the code once unplugged. Any idea what may be causing this?

Try to use the batterie pack from of your other bots to find out if the cable is defect.

Also check the on/off slide switch (no, this is not the Microsoft tech support of turn the computer off and on). If the solder joints on the switch are not solid, it will not power on the mBot.

Thank you for the responses. I tested out another battery pack and it worked. It is up and running now. Thank you again.
