Using the right Com port, allready tried updating without the bluetooth module.
it starts updating until about 41% and then stops.

How about download and install the mLink, then try the web version mBlock5 software?
Besides, when you add the mBot Ranger robot on mBlock 5 software, is there a green download bar on the upper right corner of the Ranger device like this on the Novapi?
If yes, you need click the download and then add the ranger device.
