MakeBlock mCreate - Failed Prints with Error Code 11

Hi @ all.

I have several prints failing with Error Code 11, even if they look good up to that point. Any Ideas where I can get any information about that Error Code? Or any ideas what i can do to avoid these?

No, I’m sorry. None of these lists any error codes. The first link is for the software LaserBox and a different type of laser engraver/cutter, which I don’t use (I only print 3D Objects with the makeblock mCreate (https://education.makeblock.com/mcreate-3d-printer/), I don’t engrave or lasercut). The Second Link (Manual) only contains assembly instructions and general operating instructions, but no error codes. The third link has no information for those error codes, either.

I already tried to unclog & reinstall the printing nozzle, but the error remains. Sometimes there is Error Code 04 instead, which indicates (according to this forum) a clogged nozzle, which is definitly not the case. But I have no idea what Error Code 11 means.

I’m sorry. :cry: I wish I could help you more, but I have no mCreate myself and can’t find any documentation. I guess you can contact support via email (support@makeblock.com) and see if @Crackel or @CommandeR know anything.
