I can not get the Repeat sequence to work

I try to run looping sequence in MBlock of My Ipad, i could not get it work

What happens when you run that? Does the bot just start to run forward with red lights on?

it run for three times but there is a buzz sounds and it not allow to move to next lesson.

here is original program , do you know what is correct sequence?

I think the tutorial wants to you do exactly as described. So just keep the 4 commands from the original program and put them into the repeat loop (update the number of repetitions to 3).
In your first screenshot, you added 2 more commands which probably causes the tutorial to fail.
