GS8208 DC12V Individual Pixel strip

I have got the dc12v GS8208 led strip,it is not only dc12v individual pixel led strip which i am seaching for,
but also feature-rich with dual-signal break-point function (one bad led,the signal still transfer) as the ws2813b led strip.
I have just try with the general digital controller t1000s,
but anyone have experience with the Arduino ？
