Grayscale images with Benbox and X Plotter with Laser upgrade

Hi,
have anyone some tipps for me how to do grayscale images with Benbox. I always get complete black images or the laser have not intensity to draw anything… :frowning:

What’s the the original image and the result image? Please kindly send us the original image and a picture of the gray engrave result for checking.
