May I know the details of the problem on the claw while you control the claw with the software?

Hi my robot is Makeblock and I want to use it for arm control. I just give soft program but it have problem only with clamp. Also i changed it clamps. Tanx for email.

If yes, can you control its arm and gripper via the Makeblock APP with default program on the robot?
