I cannot connect to Laserbox using USB. Nothing is happening?!

I am working on a Macbook Pro usingh Mac OS Catalina 10.15.6

Can you please help me?

Thanks! I tried to follow the link but it did not work either. I think they need another update. :blush: I wrote the support. Does your version work?

Hi Sabroe

The http://laserbox.makeblock.com/software/latest/mac link works for me. You might get a ‘Can’t be downloaded securely’ warning, but if you click ‘Keep’ it will continue the download.
