can not update firmware for arduino uno using USB with mblock v 4.0.4
it said : ''can not communicate with the board"
but the mblock was connected with arduino form Com port

That should be normal. There is no firmware for Arduino Uno as it is not from Makeblock, though “update firmware” is not grayed out.
Please try to write code and upload, see if that works.
