Benbox imaging

HI.

I am new in the world of Laser graving.
I use benbox software. all works fine but my drawings are not quite well. A circle will become a elipese etc. What can be the reason ?

Hi meerm,
Is your product XY plotter V2?
When using Benbox, the motor driver subdivide should be set to HHL, please check it.
Would you mind posting your drawing result here?
File you tested is from our examples?
By the way, have you tried mDraw?

i will check.
i checked mdraw and this works fine for just outline drawings.
can rdworks be also an alternative?
