Batteria al lithium-

Ciao a tutti, sono nuovo del forum. Ho appena acquistato un mBot e una batteria al lithium. Con le normali batterie mini stilo tutto ok. Se invece collego la batteria al lithium, regolarmente caricata, nBot non si accende. Sapete dirmi qualcosa? Grazie.

I am sorry that we may not understand your problem very well. Do you mean the mBot works when you use the AA battery but can’t turn on with the lithium battery?

Could you please kindly take a picture for the lithium battery you have? If it is possible,you can take a video to show your operation and the problem.

From the picture, you have three different batteries:
The AA batteries, the smaller size lithium battery (1200mah) and the larger size lithium battery (2000mah).

From your description, it looks like the mBot works with one of the lithium batteries. Not sure the smaller one or larger one. In this case, I may suspect the issue is one of the lithium battery or the power interface coming from that lithium battery doesn’t match the interface on mCore board.

Ho provato sia quella piccola che quella grande.
L’interfaccia credo che sia ok perché quando la collego con anche USB si accende la luce rossa e poi anche quella verde che credo indichi che è carica (vedi foto 3).
Per me il problema potrebbe essere sulla scheda di mBot. Che ne dici?

Do you mean both the smaller and larger lithium battery don’t work on the mBot?
The red light and the green light turn on doesn’t indicate the battery is charging. Even you unplug the lithium battery, then leave the mBot connected with USB cable, the red light and green lit turns on too.

Did you buy the two lithium batteries recently? Could you please kindly check the following two points:

  1. Check if the power interface coming from the two lithium battery is jst-ph.
  2. If it is jst-ph, please make sure the power interface coming from lithium battery plug into the lithium power interface on mCore properly.

Ho risolto il problema.
Il jack della batteria aveva invertito i cavi: il - nero era a sinistra e il + rosso a destra.
Sistemati i cavi tutto OK.

Hanno parecchia roba per mBot, compreso il Kit per WiFi.
Batteria al litio da 500 e da 2000.
Io ho preso quella da 2000, costa circa 20 euro
Quando la colleghi attento alle polarità.
