Adding a Z Axis?

Hi,

  1. Does anyone have any ideas on adding a z axis motor onto the XY Plotter.
    I know that there are no more motor ports on the Me Orion board (after attaching stepper motor 1 and 2).

  2. I can also see two orange ports on the bottom of the board which are labeled motor 1 and motor 2, any ideas on what function these ports serve?

Hi SHANKULAH60,

There is Z axis already integrated into it (the pen lifter) it is a Z axis, you simply modify a bit the position of the small motor.
