mBot Ranger with mBlock5

Hello,

I bought a mBot Ranger and tried to develop some programs with mBlock 5. There were no problems with it (as easy as with mBot) till I updated the firmware. After this, the ranger always started to move without command. It was not possible to use it with a tablet or something, since it was always moving.

After some research with this problem, I found out, that the firmware is always in the bird mode for the self balancing robot. In mBlock 3 you can change the mode, but I have not found this option in mBlock 5. Is this not yet available or were can I find it?

Hi pomdas,
You might set it as nervous bird mode and this won’t be fixed until we change the mode to correct one in Makeblock App or mBlock 3. Currently changing mode is not allowed in mBlock 5 and we have forwarded to the software team, hope it will be added soon.
