balanceBot fail

Hi,
I edited the Firmeware for MegaPi so that the bot should balance itself out without movement or bluetooth input, but sadly it does not work. Does anybody have an idead what the problem is? The data read from the sensor seems kinda slow and then the wheels spin way to fast to balance the bot out. Furthermore the bot seems to miss the relax angle sometimes because it still spins the wheels when it is perfectly balanced. Any help would be much appreciated.

if it fails to be balanced, please:
Follow the guidance strictly to assemble it.
Change new battery.
Use the default program and take a video to show that.
