XY Plotter 2.0, Upgrading with laser

I’ve recently bought the laser upgrade but I’ve run into a problem when using benbox the full laser button works but upon pressing the dim laser button nothing happens, what can I do?

I’ve tried even using it in mDraw and it doesn’t do anything! I’ve tried multiple firmware, I’ve switched the cables on the plug, I’ve followed the manuals and done tons of google searches but I can’t find anything that helps.

For the issue that laser doesn’t lit up when click on dim laser button on benbox, please set larger value in the Low light settings option have a check.

When you use mDraw software, you need switch the order of the two wires from the laser when plug them to the yellow interface.
