Why are upgrade, "reset and set firmware" all grey'd out under 'connect'?

Hi,

we’re still fresh to this…everything ran from bluetooth out of the box, but we’ve now run one programe from arduino and now can’t reset the default programme.

In fact, from ‘connect’ there are 3 grey’d out options, so we can’t update firmware, reset default programme or set firmware mode.

At the moment this means we can’t run do anything!

Hi alfie,

Have you tried to connect via USB cable?

Connect ► Install Arduino Driver (must be done only once)
Connect ► Serial Port

If multiple COM ports are offered, I always start at the highest number. Then the menu point should no longer be gray.
