Scara not drawing correctly

Hi, I have assembled it but test draw fails. I can move pen up and down connected over com port, but when I load sample drawing it starts correctly then veers far to the side and starts scribbling

Hey Jeff,

Did you by any chance have the micro controller on before it starts drawing?
Or maybe the firmware didn’t download properly?
