Scaling mismatch between actual image and preview

I am testing my laser with a downloaded image. The original image was too large, so I resized it. When I click on “Engraving area preview” the laser tracks the correct sized area. When I Click “Start” the laser starts engraving a HUGE area that appears to be the size of the original image that I resized. I tried entering some text of the desired size, so there was no resizing of the image, and the laser still does the same thing. Preview size is correct but actual size of the area engraved is HUGE!!! Why the mismatch in size??? How can I resolve this??

In trying different settings, I have found that the scale works correctly in “Cut” mode, but does not in “Engrave” mode.

Hi smilined,

As suggested in the email, please kindly test if the Laserbot works correctly to x-,x+,y-,y+;
And send us the image file if the laserbot moves without any problem.
