We have a problem with the lifting motor, It’s all conected in the way it should be and it doesn’t work, the pen up and pen down functions fail and when drawing it doesn’t lift the pencil when it has to draw another part of the desing, do you have any idea of what we can do? Please help!

Which robot kit you have?
Is it XY plotter, mSpider or other robot form?
For this issue, have you upgrade the firmware for the robot? And make sure you have set the suitable value for the pen up and pen down.
Btw, do you use the mDraw software or benbox?
