Mlaser does not connect to port (Laserbot)

I used my laserbot before but now I can not connect to the port. Does somebody have a solution?

General things to look at:

  1. Is there anything else trying to use COM4?
  2. Is the port speed correctly set?

@tec_support, that’s all I can think of because I don’t own the laserbot. :frowning:

From the picture, I see the COM4 is not the correct serial port for the Laserbot.
Please download from this link , pull down the page and you can see the FAQ part:

Please install the driver and check if there is a COM port corresponding to CH340 under device manager while the Laserbot connected to PC with USB cable.
