"Mbot line Follower v.2.2" don't work.

This is Korea.

We purchase MBOT in large quantity and train.

But the 25ea “Mbot line Follower v.2.2” don’t work.

I covered the sensor with my palm and tested it.

However, the sensor does not operate.

I want to know how to repair the sensor.

And let me know if there is a place where you can repair it quickly and accurately in Korea.

The last time I had it repaired, it took me six months and arrived unrepaired.

Where did you purchase them? Is there any invoice?
And when did you purchase them?
To double check it, please refer to the mBot FAQ (FAQ14) to test the Line follower again, and send me a video to show the issue.
Also please take a photo of all faulty line follower sensors.
