Laserbot Steppermotors or fan dosent work but laser & microswitch do you think the motor driver board is wrong that has been supplyed

Just built the laserbot and having trouble with motors. Downloaded the firmware from laserbot program to board but not movement from stepper motors or fan. Laser works fine so does the micro switches. But no movement at all with the fan & motors. Checked the wiring and all ok. Appreciate if can help.

Are you sure you have connected them to the correct ports on MegaPi?

Did you turn the power switch on? The laser and micro switches work regardless of the power switch on or off.

hi both stepper motors are fitted in right position and still no movement at all or either the extraction fan but laser works as leaves a dot on the paper & micro switches but no motor movement.

Not pluged the power adapter back in yet as but did before & tried the switch both positions
