I run mBlock app(3.4.5) on mac 10.7.5 but default Arduino drive does not work

Hello,

I am new to Mblock and Arduino.
I try run mBlock app(3.4.5) on mac 10.7.5 but the default Arduino driver (included) does not work on USB serial (to show any USB connection).
I even try to download the official Arduino (1.8.1) IDE driver. But i have no idea how to make the IDE to connect to mBlock app.

Can you give me some hints or share me the correct driver?
