Cannot see bluetooth

I cannot see the mBot to connect. Could the module be damaged?

Hi gsawakuchi,

Do you have the Bluetooth version mBot or 2.4G version mBot?
Could you please take a picture for the Bluetooth module which plugged on the mCore board?

If you do have the Bluetooth version mBot, could you please check the troubleshooting in FAQ 28 in this link have a try.
